Do you choose your well known patterns?- these common feelings and thoughts triggered by someone or a situation?

Feeling like history repeating itself in a situation..

 

I feel that's the MIND recreating  PAST instead of seeing the PRESENT MOMENT -

 

What worked for me, when those feelings and thoughts appear, trying to draw you in, to DECIDE to think about something BEAUTIFUL about the other one, (like they are great, beautiful, u r happy to have them) or the situation-again and again until you FEEL the past (these common thoughts and feelings) FADE and your VIBES CHANGING , arriving in the PRESENT MOMENT..
