GIVE .. 
How about to START focusing on what you have and what youcangive.    
 It’s such a bad habit we learn to focus on our pain and what we think we would lack and what others should give us ... even the pain of past is thinking - „our story“ in our mind..     If you open up your eyes you’ll see almost every action is motivated by that pain / thinking pattern -   Everyone seems to live in kind of a pain, trapped in their story .. recreating it over and over by focusing on it.   Could we please change that? Simply by  focusing on what you have and what you can give!  Care for each other! -

You might lose your own pain .. to gain inner peace and gratitude
